We offer psychoanalytically-informed supervision for LSW/LCSW and LPC/LCPC students and clinicians.

Many students graduate from programs in the Chicago area with an interest in psychoanalytic ideas and the hope to begin practicing psychoanalytic psychotherapy. It can be difficult, however, to find full-time employment in a practice that openly fosters and encourages this ambition. In many cases, clinicians learn to translate psychoanalytic ideas into cognitive and behavioral terms in order to complete their hours towards licensure and discuss their cases. While learning to communicate with other mental health professionals and working from a variety of therapeutic frameworks has many benefits, we’re here to help you practice and discuss your cases in the ways you find most personally meaningful.
