As an entrepreneur and designer, Tracy supports others in their quests to define, design and realize meaningful lives and careers.
Tracy is especially interested in the serious work of motherhood, and what mothers contribute to the workplace and the world. She believes motherhood is multi-dimensional, a rich ground for intellectual exercise and exploration. It's a place where wisdom, knowledge and creativity can grow, and it requires problem-solving, efficiency and humility.
In between juggling acts, Tracy enjoys poetry, a cup of coffee and dance parties with her toddler.
